Description of Works

Our client had an aged flat felt roofing system, that at a later date had been overlaid with a PVC single ply which had failed extensively before its time. Clad-It stripped and disposed of the existing single ply roofing system before installing a new Lancastria, bitumen recovery board followed by a torch on applied, APP felt roofing system.  The roof was completed with a 93KW, Solar PV system using Van Der Valk roof mounted system supporting Canadian Solar PV panels. The roof was completed with permeant free standing edge protection for long term health and safety compliant roof access.
