Working in Partnership with the ISS Group and Malcolm Hollis for their client Tritax Big Box Clad-it completed a full Kingspan Quadcore roof refurbishment to the 30,000 sq mtr facility. Clad-it delivered the project on-time and on budget battling through some challenging weather conditions to achieve.
The roofing project was completed with fixed ladder access systems, Bilco roof hatches and a full roof angel mansafe safety line system for future H&S compliant roof access for roof maintenance.
The project also included the refurbishment of 8520 sq mtr of wall cladding also insulated to current warm roof / wall regulations with the Kingspan quadcore warrantied wall system. Now completed the flagship 200-acre industrial logistics site will be let to Greene King where as many as 240,000 cases of food and 465 tonnes of drink will pass through its doors on a weekly basis.
