We’re Hiring: Design Manager at Clad-IT

Are you an experienced design professional looking to take the next step in your career? Clad-IT is seeking a skilled and organised Design Manager to join our office-based team in Shaw, Oldham.

As Design Manager, you will oversee all design-related tasks, ensuring that drawings and revisions are accurate, timely, and meet project and manufacturer standards. You’ll collaborate closely with our draughtsmen, ensuring smooth operations and precise take-offs, while making sure the right drawings are submitted and revisions are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for multiple projects
• Coordinate with draughtsmen and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Ensure all drawings and revisions comply with project specifications and manufacturers’ latest installation guidance
• Review designs to verify correct take-offs and compliance with all relevant standards
• Oversee design revisions and ensure timely delivery
• Serve as the central point of contact for all design-related inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in design management (cladding industry experience preferred)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Location: Shaw, Oldham (Office-based)
