Description of Works

After a detailed survey, Clad-It was awarded the roof refurbishment to the System3 manufacturing facility at Denton, Manchester. The existing asbestos roof and plasterboard lining panel was removed and the building was fitted with a new TATA Trisomet 120mm insulation roof panel system along with, New CGL factory assembled, insulated, internal boundary and valley gutter sections.

The existing steel cladded walls were removed and installed with a new twin skin, insulated wall cladding system and retro fitted with system3’s own wall glazing system to provide natural daylight into the building.
